Halgan Women-Led Organisation recently attended a 3-day integrated training held in Dadaab, organized by ECHO through DRC (Danish Refugee Council). This training was specifically designed for Refugee-Led Organizations (RLOs) and provided valuable insights into effective community engagement, capacity building, and program management.
The training proved to be highly productive and educational, equipping Halgan with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their work within the refugee community. Halgan is deeply grateful for the support and resources provided by ECHO and DRC, which have significantly contributed to the organization’s growth and its ability to better serve refugee women and girls
This experience has strengthened Halgan’s commitment to empowering refugees, building local capacity, and advancing the rights and well-being of vulnerable populations in Dadaab.
