Halgan Cbo team lead by Umi and Fatuma facilitated a two-day training for 12 GBV focal points from Ifo and Ifo 2, in partnership with French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs & CARE Canada focusing on forms of GBV, root causes, referral pathways, and safeguarding.
