Halgan CBO is a legally registered Woman-Refugee Led Organization (WRLO) working to uplift marginalized groups, especially women and youth in refugee settings. Our mission is to promote gender equality, empower women, and advocate for human rights through holistic programs that focus on peacebuilding, education, health, and livelihoods. Based in the Dadaab Refugee Camps in Garissa County, Kenya, we strive to create a peaceful and equitable society for all.
